This deck is all about the combat phase. With benefits from attacking, tapping, or exerting, it should keep your opponent on the edge of their seat. Think of it like taking extra turns but red.

Chandra is for doubling combat phase spells. But here are other infinite combat combos

Breath of Fury + Bedlam + Mass Hysteria and token generation like Krenko, Mob Boss, Goblin Rabblemaster, or Elemental Mastery.

Neheb, the Eternal + Aggravated Assault with 5 damage done.

As this is mostly aggressive, damage getting through is important. So Bedlam, Fervor, Goblin War Drums, and War's Toll are in place to make this process easier and hopefully keep the creatures that just swung.
