"Multiplayer EDH deck which is very much a "Police Officer Deck" - I bring it out when some player has been doing stupid / unfun things. Lots of Mana Flare effects. Also a stupid amount of card drawing.

The main win condition is this combo:

Patron of the Moon + Amulet of Vigor + Cloudstone Curio + (any mana-doubler) + Blue Sun's Zenith

This gives you infinite mana and then you can force someone to deck themselves. Cloudstone Curio can be replaced by Uyo, Silent Prophet, you just need a way to bounce your lands. It seems difficult to assemble, but you are drawing tons of cards and you have a ton of mana and counterspells.

Win Condition 2:

Omniscience + Shrieking Drake + Brain Freeze

This will mill-out all of the other players.

Win Condition 3:

Bribery / Acquire to grab someone's Blightsteel Colossus.

Win Condition 4:

Deep-Sea Kraken + Sword of War and Peace can get you there. Reins of Power can also get you there sometimes.

How to play this deck.

Never become the threat. Play Kami on turn 2, and just sit back amassing mana. Only counter things that are immediately threatening (Mass land destruction, Genesis Wave, etc.). Don't counter things that don't affect you; try a "live and let live policy". Once you've got ~12 mana available, go for a big Blue Sun's Zenith. From there play out one of the many combos in the deck."
