Took first last night. My final game was against a really solid golgari deck, but I am able to control basically everything that hits the board right now. aethrrling was the star of the night with elspeth helping me out as well. I mainboarded two differant cards then what the deck list says so I'll update that now.

Another successful outing at FNM! Took 3rd, the deck really played well tonight! here's how the games went:
Naya Slivers: First game was really close. He got Door of Destinies out, and it nearly killed me. A timely Doom Blade saved me, when I was able to swing in for 12 exactly with Blood Baron of Vizkopa and AEtherling. Second game wasn't so close, cancelled his Door of Destinies and took it from there. 2-0
BW Midrange: First game was good. A turn 5 Jace, Memory Adept against him was pretty much game. Game 2, I kept a iffy hand. Turn 5, I wanted to play an Obzedat, Ghost Council, but I suspected a Hero's Downfall in hand, so I didn't play him. Next turn, he Thoughtseize'd Obzedat, Ghost Council and I was screwed. Next game, he Thoughtseize'd Blood Baron of Vizkopa, but a good solid beating from Mutavault and Omenspeaker got him low on life, and Obzedat, Ghost Council took him down. 2-1
RDW: This was a close 3 games. First game, I took a lot of damage, but I managed to pull out a win. Next game, it was ridiculous, he played at least 6 creatures in 4 turns, (Damn you Burning-Tree Emissary!) and I was stuck on 2 lands. Third game, he got me down to 1 life, and I cleared his field. Next turn, top decked Obzedat, Ghost Council, and he took it from there. 2-1
Esper Devotion: Dear lord. I never knew Abhorrent Overlord would end up killing me, but it did. Man, it was insane. Totally got destroyed. 0-2
R/W Midrange: Game 1, he emptied his hand to kill my Blood Baron of Vizkopa, then brought it back to my hand. He took it form there. Next game was very lengthy, but I ended taking it with AEtherling.
Anyway, so that was my 4-1 performance that earned 3rd! Thanks for the help!

Went 4-0 at FNM. Looks promising but I'm not quite sure yet. Had little different sideboard. Matchups were BWR (2-1), Mono Green (2-0) and UW control (2-0) + first round bye. Slaughter Games is absolutely beast, tearing control decks apart. I consider adding one more to SB. And propably keep three Lifebanes. Deck can play quite aggressive, or slow control depending on matchup. Getting both players to topdeck mode should be easy, and it's quite easy to win from there. I'll test some more before bigger modifications.2nd place in FNM at World's Collide - 01-11-13

Went 4-1 again at FNM, lost a nasty round against Esper Control.
Round 1, played against Azorius Blue Devotion. Went 2-0, but my opponent made some mistakes which he realized soon after and felt dumb about it. I would probably have been able to pull off the win still.
Round 2, faced Orzhov Black Devotion, and defeated my opponent 2-1. Easy win in the first game as I recall, but the second game, which I lost, was a nail-biter. Blood Baron of Vizkopa was key to his success in that game. Game 3, I curved smoothly into victory.
Round 3, I faced off against Gruul Green Devotion, and despite him having Monstrous Arbor Colossus and Ember Swallower, I just had the tricks to get through, like Heliod and Frontline Medic allowing my forces to attack around the fatties without consequence.
Round 4, Esper Control crushed me two games to none. Both games, it was a Blood Baron of Vizkopa combined with a good suite of removal and countering that destroyed me. Not sure what to to against this deck, but omnipath suggested I try Renounce the Guilds. Also thinking I should have gone with Glare of Heresy to take out Detention Sphere.
Round 5, I went 2-0 against a Red-Black-White Midrange deck that I had faced in the second round of the Sept. 27, 2013 FNM at World's Collide. I had a much easier time of it this time. Second game we went through five straight turns of me playing a creature, him playing removal (Hero's Downfall, Warleader's Helix, Doom Blade), but my creatures kept on coming and he ran out of tricks.
Great night, very happy to get second place!

Bident vs Whip
DodgeNDive, 11 years ago
Added Bident of Thassa in place of Whip of Erebos, it has more synergy with the rest of the deck. May revert back depending on performance
Re:build of Destroy

Thanks to the comments (and thanks to defeats) I've changed the deck to make it suitable for different situations.
With the Liquimetal Coating + Splinter combo you can remove all lands you don't want your opponent to play. Then on the battlefield remains only few lands and you don't need anymore all the land destroyer you had in the first version of the deck, nor of the Terravore; So once removed some cards, here there is space for a little different kind of play, but with the same purpose.
First I added instants like Lightning Bolt to make direct damage or to control the game (so I removed the Magnivore). This type of cards help with Chandra's Phoenix, a good creaure that will be always by your side. Talking about creature, AEther Membrane is very effective if you want to clean up the battlefield from creatures, and because of the nature of the deck, the opponent player will not have lands to re-play creatures you have returned to his/her hand. Shivan Wumpus do what it's made for: destroy everything!
Then I thought that I can use Liquimetal Coating to make more comobos, so.. Pillage and Destructive Revelry can give you a great advantage when you decide to destroy pemanents you don't like.
Chandra Ablaze help you to make damage, and damage, and damage.

Went 2-3 for the night
One loss was to Esper Control, because I couldn't keep devotion on the board. Blood Baron of Vizkopa is unanswered for the most part, so if it comes out I pretty much have to race it.
Other two losses were to Assemble the Legion decks. I had combos lined up, and if there was no tokens, I would have been able to get Desecration Demon to swing. I added Shrivel to the sideboard because of this.
Wins were against Naya aggro and Bant control

After thought i decided to go back to mono-black again , cause i found some of the cards i needed so i can do it at very least ! Still in search for Desecration Demon but maybe ill replace him with Shadowborn Demon , cause of the synergy with Gray Merchant of Asphodel . So the comments will be removed and i'm glad to hear your suggestions again ! :D

Just had a turn four win. it went like this:t1: mountain, Mogg Fanatic
t2: swamp, Iron Myr
t3: swamp, sac Mogg Fanatic to deal 1 damage to an opponent. cast Rakdos, Lord of Riots t4: Phyrexian Tower, attack with Rakdos for 6.
cast Rune-Scarred Demon tutoring for Buried Alive.
tap iron myr for (R), sac it to the tower for (B)(B), tap out to cast Buried Alive, leaving (B) in my mana pool. buried alive puts Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Anger and Necrotic Ooze in my graveyard.
cast Reanimate targeting Necrotic Ooze. The haste-enabled ooze taps to copy itself with kiki's ability, the copy makes another copy, and so on...
with 900 token oozes on the board, proceed to sac each one using Mogg Fanatic's ability to deal 300 damage to each of 3 opponents.

Not much to say about today's performance. Did well. Match #1: Won 2-0 vs. Mono-White Midrange. The opponent's deck had way too many high drop cards in it. Match #2: Lost 0-2 vs. Gruul Monstrosity. This one I just got slaughtered in. I couldn't keep threats on the field. Match #3: Won 2-1 vs. Dimir Mill. This is the same Dimir Mill deck I've played against several times already. The deck still sucked from having too little land. He was still a jerk-hole and a sore loser. I hate this guy, I really do.
