Animar doesn't just pilot morph decks. Elementals have such a wide variety of effects, that it is easy to set up an engine to constantly draw cards, put out every creature and still have mana to spare. Animar is the best Elemental tribal commander in my opinion that enables every aspect of the Elemental's plan. This is an incredibly fun and relatively cheap deck to build.
