The greatest of all the Noldor, to my mind, is Finrod Felagund, Lord of Caves. Since he does not have a card, I have given his little sister a deck.

This is just a first stab, where Galadriel takes over the remains of Sigarda's human army. We will see how much of it sticks, but Galadriel is here to STAY.

(I am avoiding Elf tribal with her because I already have two Elf decks.)
