Sideboard

Maybeboard

Everybody's newly minted chase rare from Legends, Tetsuo Umezawa, offers up the best cards for a Tiny combo deck. Break out your Cruel Tutor and Kobolds, people.

So the two main combos are Cloudstone Curio + 2 Kobolds / Cloud of Faeries = infinite storm which fuels a lethal Brain Freeze or Grapeshot. If you add Helm of Awakening, Cloud of Faeries gets you infinite mana, not that there is a particular use for that other than casting a bunch of spells to find storm cards.

The other combo is Laboratory Maniac + Demonic Consultation. A backup way to win is necessary, and this is a two-card combo whose pieces can be found with Imperil Recruiter and Mystical Tutor, so they fit in without affecting deck construction much. Ideally you can resolve the Consultation and then draw off of Top in response to a removal spell. Note: Don't ever give your opponent an opportunity to kill Lab Maniac. This deck has no creatures that act like creatures, so they will probably have a removal spell that's been sitting in their hand. It's also good to use one kill exclusively in game one and not show your opponent elements from the other if you don't have to.

The issue with the deck is that the tutors chiefly put things on top of your deck where they can be screwed around with using Lanterns, etc. and can cause you to miss land drops. Thus I've included Howling Mine and Phyrexian Arena to help with this issue. Dark Tutelage and Dark Confidant cause too much life loss in a deck with no defenses other than Tabernacle, so they are relegated to the maybeboard.

I've considered other combos, but I didn't think there was room for another three-card combo, which seems to be the minimum number to do something worth doing. If there is room, it's from cutting Phyrexian Arena, Dark Rit, Howling Mine, or Helm of Awakening. I'll actually be trying cutting those (except for the Arena), so it'll be clear shortly if it works. If someone else figures out a 2-card combo or a 3-card one that's really worth doing that I've missed, let me know. Considered are:-Pili-Pala + Grand Architect + X spell. Exsanguinate to dodge Aegis of the Gods / True Believer or maybe Stroke of Genius because you can target yourself to dig for other combo pieces. Stroke over Braingeyser because you can respond to a removal spell on Lab Maniac with it and to dodge Arcane Laboratory / Rule of Law / Ethersworn Canonist.-Grim / Basalt Monolith + Power Artifact + X spell, which seems much better since creature removal is much more common than artifact removal.-Aphetto Alchemist + Illusionist's Bracers + Sensei's Divining Top or Cunning Sparkmage

The sideboard is mostly full of Wish targets. You can side in whichever one of Toxic Deluge / Pyroclasm is better against your opponent and leave the other in the side, or bring them both in for super creature-heavy matches. Perish / Nature's Ruin and Virtue's Ruin are also good options, so they're in the maybeboard. Boseiju is for counterspells, as is Show and Tell, which sneaks a Cloudstone or Maniac into play. This may be sort of an unnecessary durdle card that might just be better as a Pyroblast. Sadistic Sacrament and Flusterstorm are for opposing combo decks. Wipe Away is just a catch-all for troublesome permanents.
