This is a combo-focused deck built around The Reality Chip. Since it is an artifact, and blue has a lot of support for the card type, I thought that would be the best way to build the deck. Of note, the deck has an infinite combo with any cost reducing permanent and Sensei's Divining Top. Simply attach the chip to a creature, cast the top for 0, and repeatedly draw a card and put it back on top. Cast it from the top for free, and repeat. The deck features the usual suite of Mono-blue removal/counters, with some tutoring effects to help the deck get pieces for the combo. I decided not to play cards such as Mana Vault and Mana Crypt, purely out of a budget restriction. The fetch lands, however, are a must in my opinion. Being able to get rid of cards on the top that are no longer needed is insanely valuable. I'm curious to everyone's thoughts! Feel free to leave any suggestions below.
