By far the most successful of my EDH decks, this batch of 5 colored good stuff is all about ramping into ridiculous amounts of land, and then playing whatever it wants.

Some of the more fun combinations include:

Last Stand + Prismatic Omen Magnifies the effect of Last Stand usually about 4x.

Titanic Ultimatum + Waves of Aggression (This works hilariously well if you have the two lands in hand and enough untapped to allow for the Retrace cost.)

How does it work? Fully half the deck is either lands (40x) or various land tutors/ ramp (10x). Because of this, the deck almost never misses a land drop. The lands even contain a win condition, in Maze's End.

Some of the other cards that help this deck run are the tutors and the cheaters. Demand + Dragon Arch allows me to put any multicolor creature from the deck into play, for a total of 5 mana.
