This is a very simple deck with a very simple goal. Use Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons to create an army of murderous snakes!! To to this, I need to splash -1/-1 counters around the board like Oprah giving away cars (or bees if you like memes). This has the added benefit of whittling away at my enemies creatures until they get overwhelmed by my slithering surge of super sassy ssssnakes!
