This deck is designed to do three things, Foil plans/combos, gain life, and sit in the back and be a "non-threat." This deck is certainly a war of attrition. It has a lot of constant low damage, removal, and board wipes. This deck is very combo heavy and has a lot of sacrifice.

Through cards like Ravos Soultender, Athreos God of Passage, Hell's caretaker, and palace siege there are plenty of reliable ways to bring creatures back from your graveyard. most creatures in this deck have ETB or LTB effects making the constant sacrifice and resurrection valuable.

With cards like dictate of Erebos, and Butcher of Malakir you can force your opponents to sac 3 or 4 creatures a turn, keeping their boards clear while maintaining your own board state.

Win Conditions in the deck are Exsanguinate, Debt of the Deathless, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Yosei the Morning star (If it comes down to a 1v1), Kokusho the Evening Star, and Karlov of the Ghost Council.
