I don't know how much you want but I'm going to recommend some cards as a Teysa, Orzhov Scion fan.
Planar Cleansing or Hour of Revelation is great in EDH to start the board over all over again. Merciless Eviction is something you should definitely keep in the deck by the way.
Anointed Procession is really good for doubling up on token effects. Requiem Angel and Field of Souls can be really nice too. Army of the Damned can provide a lot of bodies to work with. I've won with Army of the Damned and Maw of the Obzedat before. Storm Herd is an absolute beast too.
Two artifacts that you should consider are Ashnod's Altar and Phyrexian Altar . These can let you go infinite if you also get a Darkest Hour or a Painter's Servant . I have a Darkest Hour in mine, can't justify the price of the Painter's Servant yet. Either way both of those Altars are great with or without going infinite.
Illusionist's Bracers are great on Teysa, Orzhov Scion and Maw of the Obzedat should you include one as well. Three tokens to exile two creatures? Yes, please. In theory, if you have a Maw with the Bracers out and you Storm Herd at 40 life, you can sacrifice 5 of them and have 35 11/11 flying pegasus. Great card, I think it's underrated.
Also consider getting gravepact and/or Dictate of Erebos and maybe a Martyr's Bond too. You may not exile creatures with Teysa when they're out because of the way the stack works and if you sacrifice three creatures they'll sacrifice theirs before Teysa can exile it, but it's extremely good to keep your creatures out and have everyone else open.

Smothering Tithe helped immensely in ramp and colour fixing.
Only issue I have with Land Tax is the land goes to your hand not on to the battlefield. It only ensures you play nice fair magic with dropping 1 land a turn when playing Orzhov.
For me personally not enough value from it as a token generator.
Elenda, the Dusk Rose is in my opinion the best token generator in a aristocrats death trigger build.
I’ll go over my suggested cuts after work.

This is not a fully optimized list. It lacks a lot of fast mana, and generally has a lot of 'do-nothing' cards: the monuments, Oketra's Monument , and Bontu's Monument ; Field of Souls ; etc. That said, the deck is very interactive and incredibly strong when games go long.
Because the mana curve is relatively low, we are able to recur Gutterbones , Relentless Dead , etc. for card draw while still interacting with our opponents and assembling a win condition. The altars: Phyrexian Altar and Ashnod's Altar are game winning threats that go infinite in combination with Teysa, Orzhov Scion and one of our recur-able threats. A free sac outlet, and Karmic Guide + Reveillark + Gray Merchant of Asphodel goes for infinite drain. There are many other loops that can be made with our aristocrats...too many to list. I would encourage anyone adapting this list to play test a lot and familiarize yourself with the deck before taking it out for a spin with your play group.
Our protective equipment Swiftfoot Boots , Lightning Greaves , and Whispersilk Cloak are in the deck to protect Krav and/or Regna to preserve their ability to generate value. Because they are so expensive, if they are removed, it really sets the deck back, so be careful about when you deploy them--especially Krav.

If you're looking for cards to cut to reduce your cmc, then:
Sadistic Hypnotist -- it's a nice effect, but you can't combo this, you don't have a reanimator shell, and you're not exactly a discard-focused deck. Is too dependent on other specific cards.
I'm not super sold on Seraph of the Scales as a commander card. I've not seen it played so I may not be the best judge.
Several of your 5-6 drop enchantments and sorceries could easily be swapped. Martyr's Bond does a little bit more for you than Grave Pact , depending on if you have one of your three treasure-generating cards out, which themselves are dependent on other things in order to create any treasure tokens. Not sure if the potential synergy is worth it.
Black Market will be nice in some cases, but will otherwise result in either a) unused mana or b) a blowout if anyone points removal at it. It's too undependable a source of ramp, especially because it limits your usage of the mana to your main phase. That you don't have a reliable mana sink with which to use the mana is even less ideal. More efficient, consistent sources of ramp will work better in its slot.

Some of these cuts below are for efficiency to reign in your cmc, others because there are better cards. Are you looking to make a lifegain-matters deck or a tokens/aristocrat deck? You have a ton of lifegain sources that situationally come into play.
Consider cutting some of the permanent-based sources of card draw for things like Night's Whisper or Sign in Blood . Harvester of Souls is great, especially with Teysa on the board, but it costs 6 mana and can potentially draw you into nothing. Or it may give underwhelming returns for the amount of mana you have to pay into it.
