The plan is to survive until you have an indestructible (or opponent owned, stolen) target for Nin to hit, then keep ramping as you look for you win-cons:

Psychosis Crawler if really mean when you draw 15+ cards with Nin

Shivan Meteor + Stuffy Doll isn't an instant kill by any stretch, but its pretty funny.

Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries are good safeties if the decks getting low and nothing else is working.

If you want to be really cheeky, you can give Nin, Diviner's Wand , draw big, Dramatic Reversal , then take someone out with commander damage.

Also, fun synergies between Niv-Mizzet + Willbreaker.
