This is my take on mill. I wanted to go for something different, so I went mono-blue. The idea is that I will abuse Howling Mine effects to make people draw their whole deck, while mixing in some mill. I'm hoping the Howling Mine effects will curry favor so that I'm not attacked as much, so that I have more time to mill players. I also mixed in some Vise effects for an alternate win condition, as well as some of my favorite blue cards I've been looking to put in decks.
