This build centers around Kambal, Consul of Allocation , in attempts to control the hell out of your opponents so that they either concede out of frustration, or you drain them to death.

There is an infinite combo involving Vizkopa Guildmage or Defiant Bloodlord .

There are 2 alternate win I threw in the deck. One was Barren Glory . Exile it using Oblivion Ring , then self-boardwipe using Kaervek's Spite targeting yourself during your opponent's endstep. You destroy all your permanents including Oblivion Ring , then Barren Glory returns to the battlefield as your only permanent. The other is Felidar Sovereign , which is fairly straight forward.

Pretty basic, but a lot of fun!
