Remember that Grixis deck that kills entire tables? This is it in EDH form. Tremble in fear, mortal.

This deck's entire focus is to force people to draw a boatload of cards, and then promptly discard them to take damage on both ends.

Liliana's Caress and it's almost-strictly-worse cousin Megrim punish discarding, and Helm of the Ghastlord forces every draw into a Faithless Looting style effect.

Spiteful Visions, Howling Mine, Seizan, Perverter of Truth , Jace Beleren, Teferi's Puzzle Box, Font of Mythos, and the always fun Forced Fruition force opponents to draw cards, and thus take damage.

Phyrexian Tyranny is nasty. I love it. Kederekt Parasite , Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, and Nekusar himself all punish players (mostly opponents...mostly) for drawing cards. All of these combined work hilariously with...

Reforge the Soul, Wheel of Fortune, Wheel of Fate, Molten Psyche, Whispering Madness, Dragon Mage, Time Reversal , Windfall, Jace's Archivist, Wheel and Deal, Incendiary Command , and, of course Magus of the Jar . All of these cards force mass drawing of cards and usually some amount of discarding. Long story short, no one should get accustomed to keeping the cards they have in their hand for long.
