This is the same deck, minus the 12(ish) cards for the thematic/win-con shell, focusing on Villainous Wealth as the win-con, and using a completely generic and bland (but castable) commander.

This deck does have many wheel effects, but since I do play this at a more casual meta I purposefully don't run narset/notion theif.
