Enablers

First things first Rakdos, Lord of Riots must be cast to get the value from this deck design. The cards in this list help deal the initial free damage to ensure as soon as I can generate {B}{B}{R}{R} he can be cast. The 2 biggest stars here are Lobber Crew, and Nettle Drone both having untap conditions and damaging each opponent.

Mana

Ideally you want the {B}{B}{R}{R} to cast Rakdos, Lord of Riots to make all other creatures cheaper. I Didn't weigh the mana base down too much with Exclusively {C} lands since only Kozilek, the Great Distortion, and Endbringer care if Mana is colorless And the rest is Engineered to not need much Generic mana. Koth of the Hammer, and Crypt Ghast Each try to get as much utility out of the colored mana in their own ways. Cryptolith Fragment  's ability to both generate {R}/{B} and deal opponent damage align with all of this decks goals.

Burn

Sure 1 point pokes are good to get Rakdos, Lord of Riots in play but they don't close games. For that I turn to the Burn. Flayer of the Hatebound Gets value from Champion of Stray Souls, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, Nim Deathmantle, Sheoldred, Whispering One, and Artisan of Kozilek.

Endbringer, and Leechridden Swamp are here rather than Enablers because of Endbringer's high cost to cast or Leechridden Swamp's additional cost/activate conditions don't lend to early damage. The rest of these guys are pretty self explanatory.

Combos

Deathtouch/Ping Shenanigans Basilisk Collar + Deathbringer Thoctar , Basilisk Collar + Goblin Sharpshooter , Archetype of Finality + Deathbringer Thoctar , or Archetype of Finality + Goblin Sharpshooter Kill all opponents creatures that are targetable and destructible.

Basilisk Collar + Wojek Embermage , Archetype of Finality + Wojek Embermage Kill all destructible creatures of a color.

Basilisk Collar + Heartless Hidetsugu Opponents loose half their life while you gain that much.

Champion of Stray Souls + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed My stuff can't die.

Hex Parasite + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed Resets the +1/+1s for Undying.
