When tiny leaders fell apart as a potential new format i was left with sadness in my hart and a rather fun and powerful Jori En, Ruin Diver deck. At the time I was left with two options. Either leave it as is and maybe get to play it from time to time, or Disassemble it for parts. Initially I had planed on converting the deck into a normal 100 card EHD deck with jori-en at the helm. After some deliberation with one of my friends I decided that some sort of Nin-rocks style deck would be better and that I should run jor-en in the 99. Ultimately the decision to build this deck as it is came down to the release of Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain .
