After seeing a sphinx lord spoiled for Hour of Devastation coupled with my love for obscure tribal decks, my brain immediately began brewing up this deck. The curve is high and I may not have enough control elements but I'm hoping it performs well in play-testing and it looks to be a fun effect heavy deck. Let me know of any changes and cards that may be better suited for what I have going.
