Titania's Boon

Sorcery

Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.

Durable Handicraft, Titania's Boon, Wild Onslaught, Song of Freyalise, Thrive, and Nissa, Voice of Zendikar could all find a home here.

Perhaps not each one off that list, but there's certainly at least a couple that are worth trying for you (also not real expensive to order singles of online).

Also, if Simic Ascendancy is your primary win condition, then you absolutely need to be running 4 copies. I'd highly recommend throwing another one in there to bump it up to a 4-count.

i would consider running Temple of the False God and/or Reliquary Tower as some of your lands. I would also consider running Titania's Boon Exploration and Armorcraft Judge

No problem! And yes, putting Rafiq in the 99 was what I meant, not as the commander.

I couldn't really give any suggestions (research cards online) earlier, but now I can help more.

Proliferate lets you put 1 more counter on any number of counters on the battlefield, so if you were to proliferate, and you have 5 creatures with +1/+1 counters on them, you can add one more to each of them, and up a loyalty counter on a planeswalker, or an experience counter if you have it. Just any kind of counter. It's an amazing ability to have, and blue has it the most I believe (if not it's a close 2nd).

Good cards to consider for proliferating might be:

Thrummingbird is not bad. It has flying so it'll be harder to get from damaging players and proliferating

Contagion Engine is a MUST for a proliferators. You proliferate TWICE, and weaken your opponent's creatures, (which fun fact you can proliferate those as well). Has kind of an expensive cost at first, but after a bit in the game, four mana to up all your counters, then up them AGAIN will be a walk in the ballpark, especially since most the cards in this deck are 5 or less mana.

Contagion Clasp is the diet sugar-free version of the above, of course its much cheaper, but the ability is the same cost, and only proliferates once. Still not a bad card though.

Steady Progress is a pretty simple instant, and helps for card draw.

Finally, this may not be TOO useful, but is something to think about, Throne of Geth will let you proliferate, HOWEVER saccing the artifacts you have isn't too good of an idea, but that's up to you. At the very least, you could sacrifice the Throne itself to proliferate just once, maybe sac Sol Ring once you have tons of mana? That's up to you.

There are a few other cards which proliferate, but they deal Infect damage. Thankfully you can proliferate the poison counters they give to players and the -1/-1 counters they put on creatures, but it's been my experience playing with Infect decks that it's often better to make Infect the absolute focus of a deck that has it, Reason being that the creatures built around Infect are designed to be very fast, Infect decks are usually fast aggro decks

Good cards for putting counters on creatures might be

Lifecrafter's Gift you can never go wrong with this card, it's almost like proliferate too.Scale Blessing Pretty much the same as above.Patron of the Valiant is like those two almost proliferate cards above, except it's a creature with flying, which means you can put counters on it too!!

Titania's Boon Easy way to get the proliferate train started.

Mikaeus, the Lunarch is slowgoing, and in danger of getting targeted with an instant or sorcery, but you still have counters to throw around.

Vastwood Hydra if you plan on having the gobs of mana for it, or at least enough to put 1 counter on each other creature once it inevitably dies.

Sunbringer's Touch is okay for the first part, but it's mostly for that juicy trample effect that it'd shine in this deck.

Ainok Bond-Kin Tuskguard Captain Crowned CeratokAbzan Battle PriestAbzan Falconer these will synergize the hell outta this deck, in my humble opinion.

Renegade Krasis is another good ol' counter putter.

Celestial Ancient will be useful, with those 12 or something enchantments in your deck.

Inspiring Call is also good for both synergy and card draw.

Hey got a few ideas while looking...Ivorytusk Fortress seems good. Primeval Protector, Ridgescale Tusker, and even Titania's Boon are alternatives to Lifecrafter's Gift. I think Edric, Spymaster of Trest is an upgrade from Bred for the Hunt, as I really like how he makes people attack each other. Happy gathering!

Oran-Rief, the Vastwood would be an easy way to put counters on everything.

Strength of the Tajuru and maybe Titania's Boon as well.

I have a deck very similar to this with Saskia as my commander and i run Both Gisela, Blade of Goldnight and Aurelia, the Warleader to deal more damage via my tokens, also i run a Mikaeus, the Lunarch, Gavony Township and Titania's Boon to put many 1/1 counters on my creatures

Pretty good start, but I can see some issues right away.

First, you're not running enough ramp. You should be running Kodama's Reach, Cultivate and maybe Explosive Vegetation. Your mana base could be gussied up a bit too. Since you're running Windswept Heath already, Temple Garden and Canopy Vista are pretty key, and if you run them, Skyshroud Claim is a must. Temple of Plenty is better than Graypelt Refuge or Blossoming Sands, and Wooded Bastion is never not worth running. I've never been a fan of Selesnya Sanctuary, but keeping it might be OK. I also notice a conspicuous lack of Gavony Township.

Your removal suite is a bit clunky too. Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile are usually the bare minimum for single-target creature removal, and more should be added only if you need more than those two. Enduring Victory costs way too much for what it does, Chastise should be Reprisal, and Pressure Point is hardly ever worth a slot. I see you've cut Valorous Stance, and I really don't understand why.

Pacifism should be replaced by Journey to Nowhere or Oblivion Ring. Fate Forgotten is underrated IMO, but you should be running some 2-for-1 noncreature removal too, the best being Return to Dust. Krosan Grip is pretty good too.

Your colours don't have a big selection of dragons, and very few dragons that are good on their own, so maybe run some changeling stuff to trigger Dromoka's ability. Chameleon Colossus and Mirror Entity are the big ones, and Runed Stalactite and Mutavault might be worth running too.

I might also relax the bolster theme a little and go with some Support cards, like Gladehart Cavalry and Relief Captain. I'd cut Incremental Growth for either of them.

Angelic Arbiter is kind of random in this deck. I'd replace it with Nissa, Voice of Zendikar, Ajani Steadfast or Ajani Goldmane (you should probably run all three tbh). I'd cut Quicksilver Amulet for Mirari's Wake.

Lightwalker is definitely not worth running, and I'm a bit unsure of Deathmist Raptor and Undergrowth Champion. I'd try out Hooded Hydra and Hangarback Walker in their places. Maybe play Selesnya Signet over Lightwalker? Also kind of torn between Dromoka's Gift and Titania's Boon in this deck. I'd test out the Boon for a few games and see how it does.

Hope this helps :)

Zendikar Resurgent is a win-more card. It won't come in soon enough to do anything for you. I'd suggest replacing it with either Hardened Scales or Retribution of the Ancients. Also consider Strength of the Tajuru, Nissa, Voice of Zendikar, Oran-Rief, the Vastwood, Forgotten Ancient, or even Titania's Boon for +1/+1 counter distribution. Sunblast Angel doesn't seem to have any benefits for you unless you pull a specific other card in a 100-card deck. If you want to keep it, consider tutoring cards. Dromoka, the Eternal is mediocre for a token deck, try Death's Presence instead. Unburial Rites can also go. Hero's Downfall is targeted removal, terrible for EDH. Keep it at your own peril.
