Heya, this deck looks quite budget, so i won't give expensive suggestions.
Firstly I just wanted to say that Eldrazi Displacer needs colourless mana, which you currently have not a single source of. You need cards like Sol Ring or cards like Karoo that can make the colourless mana.

Other than that, here's some general advice. Things I'm missing here is ramp and more value creatures/spells. This deck has too many spot removal that shouldnt do much, as you don't seem aggresive enough to burst your way through. Cards like Divine Verdict, Enduring Victory or Expose Evil dont do that much in a 4 player free for all. Look at cards such as Luminate Primordial or Selfless Squire instead. These cards give a lot more value for you.

General additions: War Priest of Thune, Return to Dust, Ghostly Prison, Breath of Life, Resurrection

As far as ramp goes in monowhite, Kor Cartographer is a great inclusion, and so is colourless ramp such as Everflowing Chalice, Fellwar Stone, Sol Ring, Thought Vessel, Mind Stone, Hedron Archive, Pearl Medallion. And even cards like Gift of Estates can be very helpfull to ensure you play a land every turn. You should go down to 37 lands or so and add at least a bit more ramp.

Good luck and I hope I helped you somewhat ;)

First off, congratulations on your first deck!

Secondly, since you are playing primarily red and green I would suggest playing some taplands in those colors. For example, Rugged Highlands or Timber Gorge.

Since you are playing several landfall cards, I would also suggest more ramp spells like Explosive Vegetation, Nissa's Pilgrimage, and Blighted Woodland. Also, Elvish Mystic and Llanowar Elves are faster than Golden Hind.

I would suggest increasing the numbers of several cards, specifically Genesis Hydra, Oran-Rief Hydra, and Savage Ventmaw.

I would also suggest cutting the cards that don't fit the ramp and landfall theme very well, like Gaea's Blessing, Pacifism, Watcher in the Web, Highland Game, Briarhorn, Jaddi Lifestrider, Titanic Growth, Tread Upon, Enduring Victory, and Brazen Wolves.

Pretty good start, but I can see some issues right away.

First, you're not running enough ramp. You should be running Kodama's Reach, Cultivate and maybe Explosive Vegetation. Your mana base could be gussied up a bit too. Since you're running Windswept Heath already, Temple Garden and Canopy Vista are pretty key, and if you run them, Skyshroud Claim is a must. Temple of Plenty is better than Graypelt Refuge or Blossoming Sands, and Wooded Bastion is never not worth running. I've never been a fan of Selesnya Sanctuary, but keeping it might be OK. I also notice a conspicuous lack of Gavony Township.

Your removal suite is a bit clunky too. Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile are usually the bare minimum for single-target creature removal, and more should be added only if you need more than those two. Enduring Victory costs way too much for what it does, Chastise should be Reprisal, and Pressure Point is hardly ever worth a slot. I see you've cut Valorous Stance, and I really don't understand why.

Pacifism should be replaced by Journey to Nowhere or Oblivion Ring. Fate Forgotten is underrated IMO, but you should be running some 2-for-1 noncreature removal too, the best being Return to Dust. Krosan Grip is pretty good too.

Your colours don't have a big selection of dragons, and very few dragons that are good on their own, so maybe run some changeling stuff to trigger Dromoka's ability. Chameleon Colossus and Mirror Entity are the big ones, and Runed Stalactite and Mutavault might be worth running too.

I might also relax the bolster theme a little and go with some Support cards, like Gladehart Cavalry and Relief Captain. I'd cut Incremental Growth for either of them.

Angelic Arbiter is kind of random in this deck. I'd replace it with Nissa, Voice of Zendikar, Ajani Steadfast or Ajani Goldmane (you should probably run all three tbh). I'd cut Quicksilver Amulet for Mirari's Wake.

Lightwalker is definitely not worth running, and I'm a bit unsure of Deathmist Raptor and Undergrowth Champion. I'd try out Hooded Hydra and Hangarback Walker in their places. Maybe play Selesnya Signet over Lightwalker? Also kind of torn between Dromoka's Gift and Titania's Boon in this deck. I'd test out the Boon for a few games and see how it does.

Hope this helps :)
