Hi Flipthecoin, Metallic Mimic should replace Door of Destinies, your playing a creature aggro deck, lower casting cost is significant. This is the same reason I don't like Megantic Sliver, it costs six mana and in all honesty you don't want to be tapping slivers for mana, unless you are forced for colour fixing. Bonescythe Sliver gives double strike, that is likely to be more than +3 power if you have both Sinew Sliver and Predatory Sliver as 4x, add in Two-Headed Sliver, which provides Menace, essentially a form of evasion and you have an aggressive deck which tops out at four mana. The Megantic Sliver doesn't mean your creatures can't be chump blocked, lower cost incremental improvement and evasion are better options in an aggro deck. If you want the extra pump then Firewake Sliver could replace Blur Sliver or you could cut Manaweft Sliver for Spined Sliver, which is even more annoying if you have Two-Headed Sliver in play and as I said earlier you don't really want to be tapping slivers for mana, if it can be avoided.

Modern is often described as a turn four format, you need to be in a winning possition on turn four. The best way to achieve this is a lower curve, so that there is never a turn you aren't building your board state. Does this help make sense of my suggestions?

Spined Sliver actually does stack with itself. its a triggered ability, and when the trigger conditions are met, each Spined Sliver triggers independently of the others.

Out of curiosity, if I were to "partner up' two of the multicolor slivers, for instance Crystalline Sliver and Spined Sliver, do you think that'd make a PDH sliver deck feasible?

Realized that there were only eight non-creature spells in the deck. Cut 17 slivers and added 2 filling the deck with more support spells and a handfull of removal.

I would load up on Harmonic Sliver, Necrotic Sliver, Sinew Sliver, Predatory Sliver, Gemhide Sliver ...and Sliver Hivelord is also very powerful. I would cut Toxin Sliver, Spined Sliver, Horned Sliver, and Darkheart Sliver. If you have the money 4x Aether Vial is a bit of an investment, but they go in any Modern aggro deck not just Slivers. There are several Sliver I think your amiss in dismissing:

Bonescythe Sliver, for cheap double strike.
Brood Sliver, for massive Sliver production.
Harmonic Sliver, for artifact/enchantment removal.
Heart Sliver, for cheap haste.
Magma Sliver, for massive gains.
Manaweft Sliver, as a backup Gemhide Sliver.
Necrotic Sliver, to turn every Sliver into a Vindicate.
Shifting Sliver, to make your team unblockable.
Sinew Sliver, as another Muscle Sliver.
Virulent Sliver, to only have to deal ten, not 40.
Winged Sliver, for more flying.

Other Slivers you might consider: Basal Sliver, Cautery Sliver, Darkheart Sliver, Essence Sliver, Groundshaker Sliver, Horned Sliver, Spined Sliver, Spitting Sliver, Lymph Sliver, Megantic Sliver, Opaline Sliver, Psionic Sliver, Pulmonic Sliver, Screeching Sliver, Sedge Sliver, Sliver Legion, Sliver Queen, Sliver Overlord, Synapse Sliver, Synchronous Sliver, and Syphon Sliver.
