Demonic Taskmaster Discussion
Demonic Taskmaster is chosen for the artwork because of the use of grappling hooks / flails in Dante's Inferno, and because it appears to have servants / punished souls in the foreground. I felt that giving Malacoda Flying and having him produce Flying tokens was a bit too powerful (Go away) and I felt like since your lands seem to cause a fair amount of pelting for 1 life, you'd need something to help you recover. Lifelink felt appropriate for a Demon who rends the flesh off of his victims. I was going to give the Devil tokens menace, but in the artwork they have wings and are flying, meanwhile Malacoda himself does not have wings and is merely standing there. Going for a more thematic approach on this one.
Legendary Creature - Demon (Mythic)
You may exert Malacoda, Guard to the Eighth when it attacks. If you do, create a 2/2 red Devil creature token with flying and haste tapped and attacking.

(I would add a proper community card but that feature seems to be malfunctioning right now.)
Farly straightforward, this card would mostly be Zedruu the Greathearted (although a different character, not simply her gone evil or something) with a casting cost of and an activation cost of . In EDH, this could lead to some fun usage of cards like the following:
(I realize you can basically already do this with any Grixis commander + e.g. Bazaar Trader, but that's a bit less straightforward.)
Wall of cards Show
I'm unsure what would be suitable for its upkeep ability. Just copying Zedruu's straight off isn't too inappropriate, as drawing is certainly associated with black and life gain isn't too far out either, but that's kinda boring. Replacing the life gain with something negative towards opponents like milling, discard or plain life loss proportional to the amount of gifted permanent could be one option that's more in line with the color change (thought the negative effects would probably targeted in order to preserve some political potential). Putting a +1/+1 counter per gift on Zedruu the Grixishearted to take advantage of commander damage could also work (especially when combined with auras like Herald of Torment), in which case you could also change power/toughness from the original's 2/4 to 4/2 to signal greater aggression.
For the sake of flavor its subtype would be Horse Djinn, with the artwork depicting a djinn with a mare's head, wearing a mouth-covering veil.
Feedback would be welcome, especially on ways to make Grixis!Zedruu more distinct from the original while still fulfilling the basic function of giving out torturous black cards, in addition to the blue and red ones they both share.
(A version containing green could also be made for the sake of giving that color a chance to show off its painful cards, in which case the creature in question should probably have monkey paws.)

First of all, with this high CMC you need 24 lands.
While I understand you are trying to sacrifice your creatures for beneficial effects, the high converted mana cost of your deck makes it kind of hard to work with.
Here are some lower cost creatures that could be good:

As for cuts, these I think are the weakest cards in the deck:
I think you can do without Terrarion, Grisly Spectacle(i'd replace this with a more efficient kill spell if you have one), Monomania, Brink of Disaster, Demonic Taskmaster, Demonlord of Ashmouth, Knight of Infamy
As for additions:
Sol Ring: assuming you can get your hands on it, every deck should run one.
Dark Ritual:powers out your commander
Rise of the Dark Realms/Dread Return/Victimize/Beacon of Unrest/Reanimate/Ever After/Living Death/Reanimate/Animate Dead/: more ways to bring back creatures from the graveyard. Don't get me wrong sheoldred is great but costs 7 mana and if he dies you have to spend 9 mana. It's good to have other ways to reanimate even without him. You don't necessarily need to include all of these but i'd pick a lot of them and similar effects

I really like this deck you've made, it reminds me of one a friend used to play. I do have a few suggestions, though.Instead of Demonic Taskmaster, maybe try Master of the Feast. It's more powerful for the same converted cost and doesn't require other creatures on the field. I also noticed that you had two of the same Legendary Creature, which isn't generally allowed. Maybe replace Toshiro Umezawa with Erebos, God of the Dead or Ashling, the Extinguisher. Both have their perks for a deck like the one you're playing.

Demonic Taskmaster seems like such a great early threat, and the wording of the card allows you to have multiple copies on the battle field without having to sacrifice them; I would change it to 4 of, and maybe move Lone Revenant to 2 of. You have 6 delve cards, maybe consider changing your curve a bit lower so that you have more opportunity to cast them for free. Dead Weight for Flaying Tendrils, Thought Scour instead of Pilfered Plans, etc.

I have a demon deck that abuses creature sacrifice by using a playset of Reassembling Skeleton so that way I can have massive demons out like Xathrid Demon and early game ones like Demonic Taskmaster and only get rewarded by other demons like Harvester of Souls and Reaper from the Abyss. I know it has drawbacks, but an early game Treacherous Pit-Dweller can really hurt an opponent. Then if they get it, just kill it. In order to run demons you have to be ready to take risks. They are high risk, high reward, but totally worth it. Also, if you really want to wreck your opponent Nightmare Incursion followed by a next turn Sins of the Past can and usually does level an opponents deck.
