My Cousin's Elvish Aristocrats (Quasi-Tribal) Deck.

Of our collective (currently) 8 decks, this has been the hardest to dial in... without making it to strong for our causal playgroup. Trying to find the right balance of "Aristocrats" aka sac outlets, token gen, a few extra global aggro pumps and draw power all without diluting the elf population has been tricky. Also this has been probably the lowest priority of the 8 decks (one of these years we'll trade for or a spend a whole $8.50-ish on a Grave Pact ).

Note: local playgroup has an unspoken law of toning down decks to approximately 70% of actual capabilities, as such not really looking for suggestions on how to make this more O.P. Of course feel free to look at this and get ideas for yourself though.
