This is a mono-black life-centered deck using Vito as the commander. Given that black is my favorite color (along with Green, but unfortunately there aren't many green vampire cards) and vampires are my favorite tribe in MTG, I have created a mono-black, vampire deck. I have a different mono-black vampire deck on my page, which is more vampire-creature heavy, and uses |Anowon, the Ruin Sage| to punish opponents for playing non-vampire creatures. The Anowon deck, however, seems to be better against 1v1 from my experience, where as this deck is designed to be a bit better at group EDH.

Just as with my other decks, I have created this deck to play against friends and at casual friday-night magic tournaments.
