Saruman, the White Hand spellslinger EDH deck. The aim of the deck is to sling spells to amass for an huge Orc army. Then you can use Orcish Siegemaster or equipments like Haunted Cloak / Loxodon Warhammer / Team Pennant / The Reaver Cleaver to give the army trample and ram through your opponents. Alternatively you can use spells like Chandra's Ignition / Soul's Fire to burn out your opponents with your huge army. All Will Be One also burns your opponents whenever you amass and put counters on the army.

Considering how easy it is to make a huge army, Altar of Dementia could work well in the deck to make an opponent mill lots of cards.
