Tinybones is in the Wild West, and all that dusty air gives him the faint scent of Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer. There are a few strict upgrades and downgrades between the two. Ragavan has the valuable dash keyword, as well as the ability to make treasure on hit. However, at the same cost, Tinybones is able to thieve cards from the bin instead of the top of an opponents library, and he can theoretically hit the same card multiple times. Tinybones is harder to block than Ragavan, but also weaker in that he doesn't ramp. The card is probably worse than Ragavan alone, but being in black, it's probably better in EDH holistically.

This deck pays homage to the orignal tinybones with a plethora of discard effects, while maintaining the ragavan style play pattern that the card seems to encourage. It has a ton of rituals and mana acceleration to make casting your friends stuff way easier. Suit Tinybones up with any of the equipment I've included here and enjoy stealing your opponents stuff!
