Tiny Leader Alesha, Who Smiles at Death

Tiny Leaders* RBW (Mardu)

Sideboard

Maybeboard

Tiny Leaders with Alesha.

First impressions: very happy with the removal, and it's also nice to play a TL deck that functions independently of its commander. There's more than enough creatures to make Alesha's ability feel useful, and I should probably switch out some of the less impressive creatures with more disruption/protection (thinking Duress, Gods Willing and maybe Gift of Orzhova/Spirit Mantle for evasion). This deck seems adept at grinding an opponent to dust, repeatedly killing off the opposing commander and recurring whichever creatures die in 1-for-1 exchanges. Also, 18 lands is too little to be running guild mages.

Took out - Ride Down - Child of Night - Cathedral Sanctifier - Goblin Shortcutter - Firefist Striker - Frontline Medic - Doomed Traveler - Hero's Blade

Put in - Smother - Stromirk Noble - Goblin Rabblemaster - Bone Shredder - Darksteel Mutation - Wear / Tear - Pain Seer - Skirsdag high Priest
