1.4 I'm always a little dissapointed with each draft more of the Black+Red multi colour cards get dropped. (Happens with every deck) But most just don't fit the theme as well as other cards. There are a couple more at risk of leaving. But Rix Maadi Guildmage is pretty good here so far....though he could be on the chopping block eventually, as paying 2, for just one more damage isn't necessarily always efficient.

Drogskol Cavalry to turn Infinite mana into Infinite life and tokens. Bloodrite Invoker, Essence Depleter, Nightfire Giant, Orzhov Guildmage, Rix Maadi Guildmage, Scalding Devil, Scholar of Athreos, Soul of Shandalar, and Sunhome Guildmage also work.

Also, lands that kill: Piranha Marsh and Sunscorched Desert. (But throw in Seraph Sanctuary, too.)

Those look good, similarly to Somberwald sage I'd do Shaman of Forgotten Ways and Zhur-Taa Druid and as long as we're getting in for extra damage Rix Maadi Guildmage Everlasting Torment are gross.

Andurin thanks for liking and for the suggestion but I am trying to keep it with the flavor and theme. The mechanics I'm depending on for the finishing blows lie with several of the cards already in the deck. Mogis, God of Slaughter is an easy one if they don't have any creatures to sacrifice, otherwise Rix Maadi Guildmage's second ability, also Exsanguinate is a great finisher that can end the game for just . if all else fails just utilize either Rix Maadi Guildmage or Stigma Lasher with Blade of Selves and Break Through the Line. Its not a very competitive deck, more just for fun to play in multiplayer.

Couldn't quite get everything I wanted in here... not everything was available at the store. So until further notice, Rix Maadi Guildmage is the placeholder for Stigma Lasher, and I can't remember what's holding the place for Waste Not. Also, debating whether or not Master of Cruelties is unfun enough for everyone else for me to justify his absence from this deck. I'd love to play him, but I would not love everyone else getting pissed off because of him. Is this a reasonable point of view? Discuss?
