Thematically this deck is the conflict between Sorin and Nahiri. Wanting to tell the story of one of my favorite characters in Sorin Markov, I realize that Nahiri is the most impactful to his story arch. I am going to try and depict their conflict more than I am going to try and create a strong deck. I chose Licia, Sanguine Tribune because in order to properly have the theme I want, I needed Mardu colors. Licia's Flavor text is also incredibly descriptive of the current state of their conflict, "I give my blood, my life, all I have in exchange for victory."
