Rocco, back from exile

My favourite italian chef, Rocco, was ostracised for serving everyone, even during times of war, and even enemies of his state. But the war now has ended, so Rocco can come back from exile, but during all his time in exile he made new friends, who were also exiled from their birth places, and the only way he is coming back to his birth place is with his new friends.

Rocco's whole gig is giving everyone impulse draw: for those who do not know, impulse draw is an unofficial name for a common mechanic in MTG: exiling the top card of one's deck, and making it playable for a single turn. In addition to that Rocco loves paradoxes (paradox is also an MTG mechanic, it is from the Universes beyond: Doctor Who, and triggers anytime you play a card from anywhere else than your hand, in Rocco's case it only triggers when playing from exile, but triggers for any player, and not just you). Last but not least, Rocco loves cooking, therefore produces a LOT of food (that in MTG are food tokens).

The deck's gameplan can vary a lot, depending on what cards you end up drawing, but generally you follow this plan: try to suspend some of your early game ramp on turns 1 and 2, get Rocco down on turn 3 if possible, then try to get some of the key ramp pieces (Commander Liara Portyr, Inspiring Statuary, Jaheira, Friend of the Forest, Kami of Whispered Hopes, Night of the Sweets' Revenge, Nuka-Cola Vending Machine, Party Thrasher, Baylen, the Haymaker, Charred Foyer / Warped Space, and Tlincalli Hunter) and start getting as many of those paradox triggers as possible, while building a token army; Then profit from that token army either by dealing damage with them thanks to Alibou, Ancient Witness, Ingenious Artillerist, Weftstalker Ardent, and Reckless Fireweaver; or turn them into deadly attackers with Displaced Dinosaurs, Depthshaker Titan, or by using Glimpse of Tomorrow.

Let's get into more specifics, this deck uses 9 different ways to cast spells from exile, or make opponents cast spells from exile:

There are 2 adventures: Tlincalli Hunter, and Lindblum, Industrial Regency (note that adventure cards can be cast as adventures from exile, such as impulse draw, and then the permanent part of the adventure card follows normal adventure rules)
There are 3 foretell cards: Cosmic Intervention, Doomskar, and Ultimate Magic: Holy (note that you can only foretell a card from your hand, so if they do end up in exile from any other way, the foretell part of the spell is lost)
There are 3 cards with cascade Call Forth the Tempest, Volcanic Torrent, and Wild-Magic Sorcerer (remember that you are not obligated to cast the card found with cascade if you do not think it is worth it, but it will end up in the bottom of your library if you do not cast it immediately; in addition to that, with cascade you can cast cards that have NO mana cost, such as Lotus Bloom)
There is 1 card with Rebound: Emerge Unscathed (note that rebound only happens if you cast it from your hand)
There are 3 cards with Warp: Exalted Sunborn, Tannuk, Steadfast Second, and Weftstalker Ardent (note that you can only warp cards from your hand)
There are 4 cards with Hideaway: Clive's Hideaway, Mosswort Bridge, Spinerock Knoll, and Windbrisk Heights
There are 6 cards with Suspend: Lotus Bloom, Mox Tantalite, Rousing Refrain, Search for Tomorrow, Sol Talisman, and Venture Forth (note that you can only suspend from hand, except for Rousing Refrain and Venture Forth that suspend themselves after resolving; so aside from Search for Tomorrow they end up being terrible hits for impulse draw)
There are 5 cards with Discover: Chimil, the Inner Sun, Contest of Claws, Long-Range Sensor, Quintorius Kand, and Zoyowa's Justice (note that similarly with cascade, you are not forced to cast the spell found with discover, but you have the option of keeping that card in your hand instead)
Aside from Rocco, there are 16 cards granting impulse draw: Charred Foyer / Warped Space, Commander Liara Portyr, Cori Mountain Monastery, Dragonhawk, Fate's Tempest, Durnan of the Yawning Portal, Etali, Primal Conqueror , Etali, Primal Storm, Jeska's WillGC, Neyali, Suns' Vanguard, Party Thrasher, Plargg and Nassari, Professional Face-Breaker, Quintorius Kand, Triple Triad, Urabrask, Heretic Praetor, and Visions of Phyrexia
Finally there are 7 other cards granting the ability of casting from exile, but not with the mechanics listed above: Aerial Extortionist, Aven Interrupter, Glimpse of Tomorrow (does not cast, but works with lands), Guff Rewrites History, Possibility Storm (which ends up being an amazing stax piece for this deck), Soul Partition, and Transforming Flourish
