Lightstall Inquisitor
Creature — Angel Wizard
Vigilance
When this enters, each opponent exiles a card from their hand and may play that card for as long as it remains exiled. Each spell cast this way costs more to cast. Each land played this way enters tapped.

Enchanted Discard

How well does Fear of Infinity work here? I see it as a self-recurring enchantment, but you're kind of relying on your opponent to get it into your graveyard. 2 damage + 2 life a turn isn't the worst option, but personally, I like to start shredding hands as soon as possible when running a discard deck. They're not enchantments, but something like Duress, Ego Drain, Intimidation Tactics, or maybe Lightstall Inquisitor would give a few more turn 1 options, and Bandit's Talent cares about emptying the opponent's hand more than actual discard, so exiling their hand works well with it. Sorcery- and instant-heavy spellslinger decks are popular right now, but build to your local meta.

Going 100% Angel tribal is clearly a challenge, not only because of the high average CMC, but also due to the strategic limitations. A broader card pool would allow you, among other things, to streamline the deck and make it faster and more consistent (Bishop of Wings, Esper Sentinel, Mother of Runes, Selfless Spirit, Starnheim Aspirant, etc.). That said, there are a few other (not many) options worth considering, such as Lightstall Inquisitor or Inspiring Overseer, just to name a couple.
Pariah seems like a good idea to me, although I personally prefer Mithril Coat, as it’s more solid and less restrictive, to accompany it. If Pariah is staying, then Metropolis Reformer should definitely be taken into account.
I believe the creature count should be significantly reduced and replaced with more cheap interaction and possibly some assorted stax pieces (Aura of Silence, Ghostly Prison, Rest in Peace, among others — white has no shortage of options). This would slow down faster decks (which is almost all of them) and help you manage the game until you can either set up board wipes or reach the point where your Angels are established and fully online on the battlefield.
On top of that, Folk Hero
would fit here like a glove. The same goes for Archaeomancer's Map, Akroma's Will, The Seriema (even if it strays a bit from the theme), and Throne of Eldraine.
Feel free to check out my Giada's deck as well if you'd like on my profile's page.
Go for it — cheers!

zapyourtumor, Thanks so much for checking out the deck list and for the advice! I have been agonizing over the deck list. The Authority of the Consuls became an include for me due to the presence of all the other Hasty Prowess decks I have been going up against on Arena, It also downplays the effectivness of all the Warp creatures in EOE, I.E. Nova Hellkite, or dare I say Ball Lightning. I am trying to combine the burn spells with the Prowess creatures, Slickshot Show-Off and Emberheart Challenger (although I am not using the mouse's second ability The Valiant part) to make big life swings, they lose, I gain. So the authority helps me have a solid first turn play that will slow down the other haste decks and allow me to edge out the other burn decks with lifegain, or it can trigger prowess as well on a later turn. I have tried using the Lightstall Inquisitor as well, but feel like it has a better home in a self bounce deck where you can use it over and over to diminish their hand. I like the idea of Cosmogrand Zenith, she could help me create a bigger board presence and keep up the pressure when I run out of Burn spells. I was just thinking about adding Opera Love Song back in to help with card draw, and as it turns out, that would trigger prowess and or Valiant in some cases, so maybe that would be a good thing to help with consistency?

Authority of the counsuls seems slow for what the deck is trying to do, and I wonder if you want more support for emberheart challenger. I don't really play standard but imo I would either commit more to prowess + valiant type stuff or move away from it. Idk what the best pump spell is in standard after monstrous rage got banned. If you want to move away from prowess type stuff I skimmed some decks online and found people running Lightstall Inquisitor, Cosmogrand Zenith, Twinmaw Stormbrood
