This is really simple. Find a way to get land and a sac outlet out with Omnath, Locus of Rage and start bringing the pain. One of the best things you can do is put Blade of Selves on Omnath, Locus of Rage if there are still 3 other players in the game you can drop 27 damage in increments of 3 how you see fit.
