Budget-ish, casual EDH deck centered around Arcades, the Strategist . The goal of the deck is to flood the board with cheap, efficient creatures, generating card-draw value and pressuring opponents quickly.

The main strategy is beat-down, using High Alert and Assault Formation as back-ups if Arcades is unavailable. One-sided board wipes such as Dusk / Dawn and Slaughter the Strong provide a clear path for our creatures to attack. Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive provides another route past opponents defenses and Primal Rage tramples excess damage through. The deck uses minimal ramp and a very low land count thanks to the low mana curve of the deck.

Maybe board are land-upgrades. My own budget restrictions keep the lands basic but in time I will upgrade.

Triumph of the Hordes and/or Tower Defense provide viable win-cons.
