This strategy wins by overwhelming the board and turning sideways with a beefed-up vampire army.

Aristocrats / Drain

Sacrificing creatures to drain life with: ⦁ Blood Artist ⦁ Cruel Celebrant ⦁ Marauding Blight-Priest ⦁ Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose ⦁ Impact Tremors (noncombat damage for ETBs)

Cards like: ⦁ Butcher of Malakir, Indulgent Aristocrat, Master of Dark Rites create sac outlets or triggers.

This can close out games by draining everyone while you sac tokens or attackers.

Combo Finish: Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond / Vito ⦁ Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond or Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose creates infinite life loss: One trigger causes a loop: opponent loses life → you gain life → opponent loses life → repeat. ⦁ Vampiric TutorGC, Demonic TutorGC, Diabolic Tutor, and Enlightened TutorGC help assemble it. ⦁ Bolas's CitadelGC can also enable massive value or combo turns, especially paired with Blood Artist and lots of token production.

Synergistic/Combo Pieces

These aren't infinite combos on their own, but they enable big plays:
