This is a revamp of my first Mikaeus, the Unhallowed deck, which worked rather badly. I've updated many of the cards, and put in a couples of new combos.

The main combos in this deck are:

Triskelion + Mikaeus = Infinite Ping

Walking Ballista + Sac outlet + Mikaeus = Infinite Ping

Altar of the brood/Blood Artist/Zulaport Cutthroat + Sac outlet + Persist Creature + Mikaeus = Infinite Drain/Mill

Crystalline Crawler/Workhorse + Sac outlet + Mikaeus = Infinite Mana

Cauldron of Souls + Any Creature + Sac Outlet + Mikaeus = Infinite Etb/Ltb Effects
