This is a Marchesa, the Black Rose deck that senergizes with the modular keyword. The mana base is mostly colorless and blue with touches of red and black. This deck does need help with balancing the mana. Any help with the mana base or overall suggestions/improvements will be appreciated. This primarily a casual deck but if I could make it more competitive i won't complain.
