The idea for this deck came to me as I slept, funnily enough. I wanted to make a deck featuring Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver and Startled Awake  . Dreams, nightmares, and the madness created by never knowing what's real or what's illusion... Sleep - or the lack thereof - is the theme of this deck, and I was happy to find a mechanic that tied all these wonderfully flavourful cards together. I just wish I could have found a more flavourful commander. But Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker gave me a fun vampire sub-theme to play with anyway.

This budget mill deck can likely be upgraded to grind even better, but I was very happy with how much support it had while remaining on theme and keeping around $100.

I don't play blue all that well, so tips and suggestions are welcome! Just remember: theme is everything.
