Gameplan:

When I initially built this deck it was a hodgepodge of references and cardtypes (the original Brainstorming and Card Explanation can still be found in the Archive under "Dark Kingdom / Varian Focus — Aug. 3, 2021"), but one method always stood out in synergizing REALLY well during games - and that method is now the focus of the Deck.

Drawing cards.

Vial Smasher will deal damage via the spells you cast that will make sure you never run out of gas. Ludevic is a really nice synergy as he accepts Vial Smasher's damage and can be a political piece in a game of otherwise utter chaos.

The nice twist? Everything works in your opponent's turn if you're playing with instants.

At this point this deck is basically "death by research" and I'm sure many students would attest to that. :D
