This deck brings out imho the best color combination for Infect. At least in a more competitive set. Don't get me wrong, Black is pretty great on its own and with Infect, but since this kinda deck requires speed, what better than EDH's ultra-ramp color combination Simic, plus you can make your infected baddies unblockable and have more power.

Remember that when playing in EDH, Life Totals are doubled, but for the Infect deck, you might as well say that your enemy's life totals are halved.

Anyways enough about that. This deck is currently over the legal 100 for EDH, so I need suggestions on what cards to take out, and if you can think of better cards to build around this, I'd love those suggestions too!
