An attempt at a bracket 2 commander deck. I confess, I don't fully understand the intent of the "no chaining extra turns" rule, but I did my level best to abide by it. While this deck can chain additional turns with notorious throng + regrowth/aural procession, that isn't the intended win condition. However, because of the number of cards Edric draws you, that is an outcome that will occur on a not infrequent basis. Does that mean the rule should also apply to play patterns? "Try not chain additional turns, even if you are able to do so?" I don't know. Moreover, I can't say how "regrowing a notorious throng" will be received by your playgroup. My advice: if your playgroup is likely to be sticklers about these things, play a different deck than this one.
