In the past I've tried building mill decks with very little success. I think Bruvac the Grandiloquent will change the W/L rate a bit or at least I hope.

Theres a few combo/synergy pieces in the deck which by now most everyone knows. But just in case ill throw a couple out.

First is an oldie but goodie. Grindstone + Painter's Servant

Bruvac the Grandiloquent + Traumatize depending on if opponent has and odd or even amount of cards in their library they will end up with either 1 or 0 cards.

Persistent Petitioners + Thrumming Stone games getting long and we need to Mill more cards lets get all of our petitioners on the battlefield.

Bruvac the Grandiloquent + Sphinx's Tutelage this could cause an opponent to mill most of if not their entire deck by Milling 4 while any 2 share a color.

Jace, Wielder of Mysteries + Leveler Or Laboratory Maniac + Leveler
