This deck is designed around getting a few smaller dragons out as fast as possible, ramping into the Ur Dragon and exploiting his triggered ability to play really big spells for free, such as Omniscience and Progenitus. An extra win condition is to swing, use Ur Dragon to drop Omniscience for free, cast Conflux, search for Inexorable Tide, Sarkhan Unbroken, Dragon Tempest, Settle the Score, and Swords to Plowshares. Cast them in the order: Sarkhan Unbroken, Inexorable Tide, Settle the Score, Dragon Tempest, Swords to Plowshares. That will proliferate Sarkhan's Loyalty Counters enough to use his -8 ability and dump every dragon in the library onto the battlefield. Dragon Tempest will trigger off of all the dragons simultaneously, dealing a load of damage to whoever you'd like. Ex; With 3 dragons in play, then searching for 15 dragons, they enter simultaneously, the Dragon Tempest sees them all, resulting in 15 18 damage triggers, dealing 270 damage divided in 15 damage increments among players or creatures as you see fit. (If that isn't enough, you'll have plenty of dragons that buff each other and have haste to swing out with and finish the game.)
