Tidus, Yuna's Guardian Casual upgrades, trying to keep new cards under <$10

I like to keep card costs low to the ground so that way I have more keep-able hands. I like cards like Bane of Progress being at the top end because crushing all artifacts and enchantments is a great way to start to break the game into the final stages.

Birds of Paradise and Noble Hierarch allow a turn 2 Tidus, Yuna's Guardian to hit the field. Avacyn's Pilgrim can allow this too if you have a land that taps for U.

The manabase is a mess. I would really love to have fetchlands and shocklands to make the smoothest plays possible.

When the deck gets going it can keep cards in hand pretty good but I wouldn't mind finding some way to draw a large number of cards to refill.
