The core of this deck is that I like how Spellshapers and Madness cards synergize with each other. Rakdos is the most common color combo for Madness, so I figured I'd try something different. Also, at least three colors are needed to have enough spellshapers ... or enough good ones anyway.

So I settled on Jeskai. Then the rest of the deck came together easily. The commanders are Brallin, Skyshark Rider   and Shabraz, the Skyshark. The former benefits from discarding, and the latter benefits from drawing. Most of the rest of the deck are (1) ways to draw or discard and (2) payoffs for drawing and discarding.

Also, to play on the Madness theme a little more, Conspiracy Theorist and Containment Construct basically give all your cards Madness.

The major wincons are burn and tokens. However, since Brallin pings your opponents, I couldn't resist Curiosity and Ophidian Eye, which basically instantly win with Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and make a really fast clock with Brallin or Glint-Horn Buccaneer.

Looks fun and it's super cheap.
