This deck will be made with 2 categories of cards, either I already owned the card and it was somewhat expensive, or I had to buy the card and it is going to be under 5 dollars. This is the closest to a budget deck that I think I will ever really run.

The deck has a few ways of winning, either swarm the board with thopters and swing in, use Aetherflux Reservoir to storm off or create infinite mana with Pili-Pala and Paradise Mantle
