An extremely budgeted version of a Sygg, River Cutthroat Deck. You miss out on many good cards like Coastal Piracy, Wrexial, Vela, and Chasm Skulker and the land base is rather weak (no fetches, only a few cheap duals) but it is entirely possible to build it. This was a personal challenge to see how cheap I could make the deck.

Your main goal is just to accumulate card advantage with Sygg's ability. Swinging in with a few unblockable creatures or one that's equipped allows you to be drawing a good number of cards per turn, moreso if that creatures already draws you a card on hit (Jhessian Thief, Duskmantle Infiltrator, Dimir Cutpurse). The win condition for the deck is swinging in and equipping your unblockable creatures. Equipment like Quietus Spike and Grafted Exoskeleton speed this up tremendously and can be searched for using Diabolic Tutor or a transmuted card (Drift of Phantasms or Clutch of the Undercity).
