This deck should work as a good baseline for a cEDH Teshar deck. I genuinely find it quite fun to goldfish, which is rare for cEDH decks, in my opinion.

Edits to fit your specific meta are up to you, but you're in the best colour for hatebears, and Teshar makes them real hard for your opponent to remove for good.
