Only cards with the original card frame (on Scryfall, search for frame:93), which was only used through Alliances.

The gameplan is simple: Ramp to Vaevictis and hope you can kill people with commander damage. This was built out of cards I already owned or could pick up cheap, which is why it's missing things like Bayou , Taiga , and Mirror Universe . I also wanted to avoid sweepers that would kill all my mana dorks. Pyrotechnics and Lava Burst are options if you're looking for more removal, though. There's also Essence Filter for a second Tranquility , Undergrowth for a third Fog , and Word of Binding for a second, worse Winter Blast . Carapace can provide another source of regeneration, too.

I don't think any of the other sources of trample are worth playing.

For mana/ramp, Lake of the Dead and Orcish Lumberjack are out because you want all your lands. Pendelhaven isn't better than a basic Forest with Gaea's Touch . Strip Mine , Mishra's Factory , and Sunastian Falconer are out because you need colored mana. Implements of Sacrifice isn't worth the card for the one-time, 1-mana ramp, and once you get going you want all your mana every turn, so Jeweled Amulet is out. I'm on the fence about Barbed Sextant , Standing Stones , and Sisters of the Flame .
