Bestial Fury

Enchantment — Aura

Enchant creature

When Bestial Fury enters the battlefield, draw a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep.

Whenever enchanted creature becomes blocked, it gets +4/+0 and gains trample until end of turn.

Bolt Bend. For 1 mana more and $60 less, you get a deflecting swat.

Humble Defector + "I'll give it to you if you give it right back to me." it's the offer people can't refuse. I rarely get fewer than 8 cards if he's played early enough.

Generator Servant. for when you want that big cmc commander 2 turns early, with haste.

Blood-Chin Fanatic in my Korlash, Heir to Blackblade deck. Absolutely blasts people and has become the main win-con.

Canoptek Wraith, the new and second copy of Burnished Hart, another cheap favorite.

Hostile Negotiations. If you're messing with your yard at all, this is like drawing 6 cards.

Fraying Line. Weird little board wipe, can be slow unless you flash it in before your turn...

Medomai's Prophecy. solid lil value engine, draw to cards for casting what you would have anyway, your commander.

Bestial Fury. on anything that wants to deal combat damage, this card presents a tricky choice to your opponents.

With limited card draw in your colors, it might be worth playing some more cantrips that buff Bruse and replace themselves.

Bestial Fury and Fists of Flame give much-needed trample. Blindblast, Panic Spellbomb, Panic, Rile, and Stun get past lone blockers, while Key to the City gets past anyone. Shelter protects or allows to get past certain colors of blockers. Dragon Mantle gives you a big buff. Burnout prevents tricksy blue spells in combat or counters against your stuff.

Mind Stone and Commander's Sphere give you mana early and card draw late. Scrabbling Claws lets you hate on graveyards and draw if you need.

And since you have two commanders, Tome of Legends is doubly good.

Wow this deck looks great I LOVE GOBLINS, some cards I have in my goblin decks are Brightstone Ritual, Goblin Chirurgeon, and Bestial Fury with Goblin Piledriver if you put him in is pretty good. +1

I personally don't like too many one an done effects. Rakdos colors have a lot of trouble with recursion of enchantments and non permanents without warping the deck to support them so I have a few cuts to suggest.

Piranha Marsh hurts you with that tapped land than it will your opponent's one life.

Sands of Time is cute, but since mana burn isn't part of the game any more it might no do very much. Its still probably fine if you only want to hit creatures.

Sudden Impact Is probably not good enough unless your meta is full of guys that draw their whole deck and combo off. Most of those decks win at instant speed anyway so it still doesn't really help. Supernatural Stamina and Undying Evil are equally small without some recursion effect. In a pinch you can add Charmbreaker Devils, Isochron Scepter, or Toshiro Umezawa. If you want to choose who lives and who dies while politiking on a bigger level try Cauldron of Souls.

Some of your enchantments don't do much either Bestial Fury doesn't stop the creature from hitting you while Errantry and Unnatural Hunger pretty much guarantees whatever creature you enchant will only hit you.

Blasphemous Act will usually be more damage for less mana than Chain Reaction. Only because you're running Xantcha, you can probably replace any of your card draw spells with mana acceleration.

There is one more problem I noticed, but it might just be a matter of deckbuilding philosophy. What's your win-con? How do you foresee this deck finishing the game?

The chump block 1/1 is always a pain in the ass, I feel your pain on that. There are ways around it however. First and foremost there is always flying. To fit with the vehicle theme Sky Skiff could give you another vehicle option that is harder to block. Additionally Pia Nalaar, although she doesn't benefit from Depala, Pilot Exemplar gives you a flier that can poke while also giving you a solid 3 worth of crew cost including the thopter. On the instant/sorcery Mighty Leap comes to mind as a decent utility card, or even Gryff's Boon as an enchantment. Board wipes seem lazy in this deck. Yes your vehicles wont die but everything else will and then you have to build up a field to crew again. Its a risk that may not be worth taking. If any board wipe Fumigate, which you use, or Phyrexian Rebirth seem like the only viable options. Fumigate being a reset and Phyrexian Rebirth putting you ahead if you ever come to the point where you need to wipe the board. Side note, Phyrexian Rebirth used against a token deck is absolutely brutal. Your final option is trample, but this is tricky as you can't use green. Aggression is a decent option but its nature makes it a bit annoying. The budget breaker is Akroma's Memorial. Bestial Fury could work but is unreliable. Built to Smash for a quick swing Rush of Adrenaline also works. Gruul War Plow is a bit iffy. Messenger's Speed I think that kinda sums it up. This deck has already come a long way and I'm so excited that vehicles are making their way into commander. Good luck hope this helped a bit.

I spent a lot of time on my own deck Skycaptain Kari Zev Captain of the Sky! (which actually has a decent amount of tech I've been discovered) and I think you're really missing out by not upgrading your dragons/phoenix to possible wincons. You can take out these whatever dragons for Hellkite Igniter, Hellkite Tyrant, Hoarding Dragon, and Tyrant's Familiar.

If you still wanted auras you can run Bestial Fury to basically make her unblockable or they suicide that replaces itself. Latulla's Orders is cute but auras in general depend on the local meta's ratio of wipe and spot removal. More than enough Gauntlet effects to consider an always threatening Fiery Mantle.

You'll probably get more plays out of Five-Alarm Fire than Surge.
